2m4p app for iPhone and iPad

2 minutes 4 positivity (2m4p) is an Alnowair school initiative: it is a systematic program that is designed to influence students at schools to develop a more positive attitude towards life situations through short 2 minute exercises. The exercises are all derived from scientifically proven techniques and are adapted from Alnowair’s philosophy on positivity.



This 2m4p app is created solely for teachers and schools participating in the program. The app is an easy to use tool for the teachers to provide Alnowair real time feedback and updates about the progress of the program in schools and class rooms. The sole ambition of the application is to provide a platform to the teachers to assist Alnowair in the research and development of the 2 minutes 4 positivity program.
